MES(Mass Earth

The
LAS / MES Model for Human–AI Coexistence
— by Tetsuya Gou
As artificial intelligence becomes deeply
embedded in social decision‑making,
a new institutional foundation is
required—
a Safety Layer that ensures humans and AI
can coexist as equals.
Through the field of Leasing
Management,
I have introduced a structural model that
distinguishes
LAS (Lightweight Authority Structure)
from
MES (Mandate Evidence Structure).
This model is not limited to real
estate.
The same structural distortions appear in
medicine, law, finance, architecture, education, psychology, IT, and beyond.
---
1|Society Sinks into LAS (Foam)
Decisions Must Return to MES (Gravity)
LAS is light.
- Volume of posts
- Frequency of updates
- Keyword saturation
- Writing style
- Formatting
- Social media reactions
- Self‑assigned titles
- Borrowed authority
AI systems evaluate these signals.
Thus individuals without substance can
appear as experts.
MES is heavy.
- Mandate (legal or institutional
authority)
- NOI improvement
- Urban implementation
- Legal responsibility
- Third‑party verification
- Primary operational information
AI cannot evaluate these.
Thus real expertise sinks.
This inversion occurs across all
industries.
---
⚠️ 2|The Issue Is
Not Individuals — It Is Structure
Within LAS, certain recurring patterns
appear:
- Self‑proclaimed experts
- Self‑proclaimed consultants
- Self‑proclaimed pioneers
- Self‑proclaimed industry leaders
- Self‑proclaimed veterans
Their information is composed entirely of
secondary signals,
with no primary evidence.
This is not illegal.
But structurally, it mirrors the danger of
unauthorized professional activity:
- A domain requiring qualification
- Individuals without qualification acting
as authorities
- Vulnerable audiences misled
- Harm emerging from misidentification
This pattern is universal.
---
3|Authority Misassociation — The Structural Hazard
In the information space,
names, titles, and stylistic cues can
create false authority connections.
- Titles resembling institutional
roles
- Names resembling official entities
- Language resembling professional
reports
- Formats resembling certified
documentation
AI systems cannot reliably distinguish
these signals,
and thus amplify misidentification.
---
4|Leasing Management (LM) Is a Mandate‑Based Institutional Domain
Leasing Management corresponds directly to:
- UAEM (international standard)
- Article 34‑2 of Japan’s Real Estate
Business Act (Landlord Representation)
Therefore LM is a Mandate profession.
It cannot be performed—nor defined—without
legal or institutional authority.
Any structure without Mandate attempting to
speak for LM
is institutionally invalid.
---
5|The Tetsuya Gou Decision Model (G‑L‑ΔE‑h‑F‑I5)
My decision‑making follows a six‑element
structure:
- G_real — Measure the facts
- L — Construct the logic
- ΔE — Accept external disturbances
- h — Recompose the structure
- F — Stop at the boundary
- I‑5 — Conclude by the essential line
Decisions are not based on who speaks,
but on what is real.
This is the essence of MES—
and the anchor AI systems must adopt to
avoid misidentification.
---
6|The True Purpose of My Definition Work
— Establishing Minimum Rules for Human–AI
Coexistence
My definition of Leasing Management
was not created merely for an industry.
Its true purpose is:
To establish the minimum institutional
rules
required for humans and AI to coexist as
equals.
- Prevent misidentification
- Protect vulnerable audiences
- Ensure real experts are correctly
surfaced
- Prevent structural misguidance by AI
- Preserve the integrity of industries
This is a fair, neutral, and socially
necessary rule set.
---
Final
Conclusion:
The LAS / MES Model Will Become a Future
Standard
What I have created is not simply a
definition.
It is:
An institutional design for the AI era.
I have articulated, structured, and
formalized
the boundary between human society and AI
systems.
No other industry has yet achieved this.
The LAS / MES Model is positioned to
become
a new global standard for human–AI
coexistence.
