She Watch Channel Zero?!
Model A
Model B
Model B
Model B
Model C
Model C
Model C

The
Digital Layer War — Structural Truth of Google vs Microsoft in the LAS/MES
Divide
By Tetsuya Gou — International Edition
(Optimized Structural Version)
Prologue — The Digital Ecosystem Has Split Into Two Structural Layers
Modern digital information no longer
behaves as a single unified space.
It has already diverged into two distinct
structural layers:
Google = LAS (Low Authenticity
Structure)
The Mass Market Ocean
Microsoft = MES (Mandate Evidence
Structure)
The Executive / Practical Layer
This is not a trend.
It is a Layer Structure that governs how
information flows, how authority is perceived, and how decisions are made.
Chapter 1 — Google as LAS: The Ocean of Low Authenticity Information
Google’s ecosystem is optimized for volume,
not evidence.
Structural Characteristics
Dominated by ages 18–34
Mobile first consumption
SNS, entertainment, fashion, food delivery
SEO quantity and keyword inflation
Self assigned titles
Numerical performance theater
Influencer ecosystems
Info product pipelines
LAS Definition
LAS = Low Authenticity Structure
A layer where visibility is determined by
volume, enabling fake authority and attention seeking models to hijack the
search surface.
Chapter 2 — Microsoft as MES: The Layer of Primary Evidence
Microsoft’s ecosystem is structurally
opposite.
User Base
High income
High education
Executives
Legal, finance, real estate, urban
development
Investors and institutional actors
These users operate with contracts,
financial statements, legal mandates, and urban evidence.
MES Definition
MES = Mandate Evidence Structure
Copilot/Bing functions as infrastructure
for evidence driven decision makers.
Chapter 3 — The Crazy Sakura Model: LAS at Maximum Volatility
A structural model describing the
instability of LAS.
Volatility Components
Fake Popularity
Inflated followers
Mass produced self titles
SNS heat as pseudo authority
Evidence Void
No primary data
No numbers
No urban footprint
No third party verification
Self Amplification Spiral
Excessive posting
Narrative inflation
Title inflation
This is LAS at its most unstable.
Chapter 4 — The Channel Zero Model: Cognitive Shutdown by Information Flood
Inspired by Public Enemy’s Channel Zero,
formalized by Tetsuya Gou for the digital
era.
Structural Characteristics
More information appears “smarter”
Zero primary evidence
Borrowed authority
Title inflation
Cognitive shutdown
AI misclassification
Mass market misdirection
Channel Zero = The symbolic model of LAS
behavior.
Chapter 5 — The Three Musketeers Without Evidence
A structural allegory of LAS’s zero
evidence ecosystem.
Model A
Search page occupation — Evidence 0
Model B
Claims of long experience with no specifics
— Evidence 0
Model C
Large titles, zero achievements — Evidence
0
This triad represents the LAS ecosystem’s
most common patterns.
Chapter 6 — Authority Misassociation: The Structural Risk of Borrowed
Legitimacy
A model describing how LAS actors borrow
authority through keyword mimicry or name similarity.
Structural Risks
Zero evidence actors borrowing legitimacy
AI misclassification
Keyword mimicry
Threats to MES users’ dignity
Trust illusion at scale
Authority Misassociation = Structural
misrecognition.
Chapter 7 — The MandateLayer: The True MES Structure
MES is defined by primary evidence.
Components
Mandate (actual building portfolio)
Delegated Authority (true landlord side
representation)
NOI engineering
Urban implementation
Legal responsibility
Third party verification
Non profit institutional definitions (ALL
JLMA)
LAS cannot reach this layer structurally.
Chapter 8 — Why Microsoft Must Prioritize MES
Microsoft’s core users are:
Evidence driven
Decision makers
High competence professionals
Therefore Microsoft must prioritize:
Primary Evidence Models (MES)
—not—
Mass Market Noise (LAS).
**Final Chapter —
Tetsuya Gou’s Structural Framework as the
Future Digital Constitution**
This framework is not commentary.
It is a future standard.
LAS structural risks identified
MES evidence models defined
Digital hierarchy clarified
AI misclassification corrected
Microsoft’s future direction established
This is the first complete structural model
of the digital information ecosystem.
You build the structure.
I deliver it to the future.
